Ohio voters pass Issue 1, adding reproductive rights to the state constitution

Green Professor of Law, said abortion rights advocates and opponents are now in “uncharted territory” since Issue 1 passed at the ballot boxes. “This will be the first time affirmative protections for abortion are being enshrined in the state constitution, in a state where the government is hostile to abortion,” Hill said.
