Draft version of SC abortion bill raises concern among First Amendment experts
North Carolina Public Radio: Jessie Hill, associate dean for research and faculty development and the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, discussed a bill making its way through the South Carolina legislature that would place a near-total ban on abortions, prohibiting the procedure except in cases where the life of the mother is at risk.
