Lawyers, abortion advocates prepare for ‘sea change’ from Roe v. Wade decision
Ohio Capital Journal: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, said the effort to overturn Roe v. Wade has been in the works for years. “I believe lawyers as well as providers and others have been preparing for this across the board,” Hill said. “The fight is not over, there are certainly going to be efforts to maintain the rights (laid out in Roe).”
