Law’s Jacqueline Lipton presents on privacy and social networking, trademark and First Amendment rights

School of Law professor Jacqueline Lipton recently presented a paper on privacy and online social networks at the 14th annual Sughrue Symposium, hosted by the University of Akron Law School. In addition, she presented a paper on trademark and First Amendment issues inherent in ICANN’s new gTLD process at a faculty colloquium jointly hosted by Loyola Law School (Chicago) and Chicago-Kent School of Law.
