Law’s Erik Jensen publishes, presents on taxation-related issues

Erik Jensen, the David L. Brennan Professor in the School of Law, recently published a number of articles: “The Individual Mandate and the Taxing Power” and “The Home Bathroom Deduction” in Tax Notes, “The Sale of Tax Credits Revisited: A CCA Consecrates (Most of) Temple” and “Business Versus Nonbusiness Bad Debts: Dagres v. Commissioner Presents New Variations on an Old Theme” in the Journal of Taxation of Investments, and “A Tax or Not a Tax, That Is the Question” in Green Bag.

Additionally, he spoke last fall at the meeting of the Committee on Sales, Exchanges, and Basis of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation in Denver.
