Ohio lawmakers’ bill creates sports ‘super projects’ while getting Browns the needed $600M

Gerhart Distinguished Research Scholar at the School of Law, discussed HB 96, the legislation proposed by Ohio lawmakers which would issue $600 million in bonds for the Cleveland Browns Brook Park Dome Project and other future initiatives. “If you’re the state, you hope you get back the money in taxes,” Chaffee said. “Notice the emphasis on the word ‘hope.’”
