Trump may have violated copyright law by selling mugshot merchandise

Schroeder Jr. Distinguished Research Scholar and associate director of the Spangenberg Center for Law, Technology and the Arts at the School of Law, warned that Donald Trump’s campaign could receive copyright infringement complaints for using his mugshot on merchandise.
