Akron Public Schools superintendent under fire for sending emails that expire
Spectrum News: Daniel Jaffe, professor at the School of Law, discussed the criticism lobbed at Akron Superintendent Michael Robinson for using Gmail’s confidential mode, causing emails to expire after a week. “It doesn’t matter what forms it comes in,” he said. “If it serves to document the functions of a public office, it’s a public record.”
