Law’s Craig Nard examines negotiations between the Major League Baseball Players Association and ownership

Craig Nard, the Galen J. Roush Professor of Law and director of the Spangenberg Center for Law, Technology & the Arts, discussed ongoing negotiations between the Major League Baseball Players Association and ownership in an op-ed for The Plain Dealer.

“Yet baseball is resilient, it endures, and continues to reflect, like no other sport, the mores and evolving conceptions of society,” he wrote.
