The Plain Dealer: The East Cleveland law director defended the wife of the mayor against accusations of felony credit card theft, which raised concerns of an ethics violation.¬†Cassandra Burke Robertson, director of the Center for Professional Ethics, talked about the concerns. “It’s fair to look into whether there’s a conflict of interest and how the financial arrangement was made,” she said.
