The Plain Dealer: The East Cleveland law director defended the wife of the mayor against accusations of felony credit card theft, which raised concerns of an ethics violation. Cassandra Burke Robertson, director of the Center for Professional Ethics, talked about the concerns. “It’s fair to look into whether there’s a conflict of interest and how the financial arrangement was made,” she said.
