Law’s Cassandra Burke Robertson pens articles for publication

Cassandra Burke Robertson, associate professor of law, recently penned two articles for publicCassandra Burke Robertsonation: “The Inextricable Merits Problem in Personal Jurisdiction,” which appears in the UC Davis, Law Review, and “Due Process in the American Identity,” which will be published in a forthcoming issue of the Alabama Law Review.

In addition, Burke Robertson recently took part in an online symposium sponsored by “Letters Blogatory” that focused on a Columbia Law Review she co-authored with Christopher Whytock. The panel included Burke Robertson, Whytock, and professors for University of Pittsburgh and Notre Dame University.
