Earlier this year, Avidan Cover, an assistant professor in the School of Law, moderated a discussion with Jose Antonio Vargas, author of My Life as an Undocumented Immigrant, as part of the Town Hall of Cleveland Speaker Series.
In addition, Cover’s paper, “Presumed Imminence: Judicial Risk Assessment in the Post-9/11 World” will be published in the Cardozo Law Review.
