Drag queens grateful after Ohio Supreme Court removes performance ban from ballot
WCPO: Atiba Ellis, the Laura B. Chisholm Distinguished Research Scholar and professor of law, discussed the Ohio Supreme Court’s underlying reasoning for removing a proposal to ban public performances from a city’s ballot.
