Jerry Sandusky trial to head to jury without testimony from the accused
The Christian Science Monitor: Closing arguments were held Thursday in the trial of former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, who did not take the stand. “They must have had some serious concerns about putting him on, because the only way to refute the accusations is to put [on the stand] the only person who can refute them and that’s him,” said School of Law Assistant Professor Andrew Pollis.
