In June, he presented on “Final Appealable Orders” before the Ohio Court of Common Pleas Judges Association in Sandusky.

Then, in July, he moderated the panel “What Works and What Doesn’t?” The panel comprised six judges from the northern district of Ohio. It was part of a conference on multi-district legislation, titled “Everything MDL: First-Hand Perspectives from MDL Panel Judges, MDL District Court Judges and MDL Lawyers.” The conference, sponsored by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Federal Bar Association, was held in Cleveland.
