Los Angeles Times: Andrew Geronimo, lecturer of law and director of the First Amendment Clinic, said he was taken aback by evidence showing Fox News knew the messages it shared on air were false, noting that the news agency is in an unenviable position as a defendant after Dominion filed a lawsuit following the 2020 election. “Usually, making out actual malice is all about inferences to things, what should have been discovered and what might have been overlooked,” Geronimo said. “It’s not usually so stark as ‘this is BS.’ From a defense lawyer’s perspective, it gives me the cold sweats reading this.”
