The Guardian: Anat Alon-Beck, assistant professor of law, contemplated whether Elon Musk will settle the lawsuit between himself and Twitter, given his recent offloading of nearly $7 billion in Tesla stock. “I think he realizes that he is going to lose or be forced to pay not just hefty legal fees but also for damages to the company. So I think that these are signs that he does intend to settle sometime soon,” he said.
