Bloomberg: Anat Alon-Beck, assistant professor of law, weighed in with skepticism on Elon Musk’s latest court claims against Twitter—relating to his failed bid to buy the social media behemoth. “We have somebody that’s expressing now buyer’s remorse,” she said. “And they’re trying everything they can pull out of the hat to say there’s fraud or something that amounts to a material adverse effect to get him out of the contract.”
