Law’s Anat Alon-Beck co-writes piece on the push for equality and diversity on NFL

In an op-ed for Forbes titled “The Corporate World’s Duty To Diversify Reaches The NFL,” Anat Alon-Beck, assistant professor of law, co-wrote that the push for equality and diversity on corporate boards has accelerated to new levels in the past few years.

She discussed the NFL’s lack of diversity in their head-coach hiring and ranks, “Rooney Rule,” and the role of diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) in our society. In conclusion, Alon-Beck presented a novel approach to DEI in corporate governance.
