Michael Scharf, co-dean of the School of Law, director of the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center and the Joseph C. Hostetler – BakerHostetler Professor of Law, gave a presentation to the United Nations on why international law must quickly develop to cover new war crimes and forms of terrorism.
His lecture, titled “Accelerated Formation of Customary International Law,” included six case studies in international law.
