The Zaremski Law-Medicine Forum, presented by the Law-Medicine Center, will discuss “Medical Malpractice Litigation: the Legal and Medical Perspectives.” School of Law alumnus George M. Moscarino, founding partner of Moscarino and Treu LLP and an expert in the field, will present the legal point of view, while Howard S. Nearman, Cascorbi Professor and chair of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine, will present the medical perspective.
