The disabled athlete who’s ‘too’ able

Petersilge Professor of Law and director of the Law-Medicine Center, discussed the debate of whether Markus Rehm, a long jump athlete who wears a prosthetic leg, has an unfair advantage when competing. “How much of an advantage is he really getting?” Mehlman said. “The mere fact that he has this device should not be the end of the question, or the only question.”
