The Arizona State Law Journal recently accepted an article for publication written by Maxwell Mehlman, the Arthur E. Petersilge Professor of Law, professor of bioethics and director of the Law-Medicine Center. Mehlman’s article is titled “Professional Power and the Standard of Care in Medicine.”
In addition, Mehlman presented on “Moral Enhancement and the Law” at a conference on “The Moral Brain.” The event, held at New York University, was sponsored by the NYU Center for Bioethics, the Duke Kenan Institute for Ethics, the Yale Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics and the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies.
