Last chance for fiscal year 2018 budget dollars to be used for print and copy projects at FedEx Office

The FedEx Office has set order date cutoffs to have print and copy projects billed during fiscal year 2018.

The order date cutoff for any stationery items (business cards, letterhead, envelopes and name tags) to be billed with current fiscal year 2018 budget dollars was Thursday, June 14, at 1 p.m. Any orders placed and approved after that deadline will be billed with the new fiscal year 2019 budget dollars.

The cutoff date for FedEx Office print or copy jobs to be billed with fiscal year 2018 budget dollars is Friday, June 22, at 5 p.m. Anything completed after that timeframe will be billed with next year’s budget dollars.

If you want to use this year’s budget for printing/copy items, be sure to place your orders ahead of the referenced deadlines, as the deadlines represent when the orders must be completed.

Stationery items need to be fully approved by marketing by the deadline in order to fit into this year’s budget.
