From Nov. 30 to Dec. 17, the Kelvin Smith Library will be closed. The library will offer a temporary lobby pickup service for CWRU faculty, staff and students from Monday, Nov. 30, to Thursday, Dec. 17. Items are available to request from the catalog. After items have been collected and processed, patrons will receive an automated notice to their CWRU email account, notifying them that their items are ready for pickup.
Items can be retrieved from the library during the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday: noon-5 p.m.
Patrons will have five business days following that to pick up their items from the Kelvin Smith Library lobby at their convenience. A valid CWRU ID card is required to enter.
Please remember to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing guidelines when moving through the outdoor and indoor areas of Kelvin Smith Library.
As a reminder, the library will also be closed from Wednesday, Nov. 25, to Saturday, Nov. 28. On Sunday, Nov. 29, the library will be open from noon to 8 p.m., moving to the new schedule starting Monday, Nov. 30.
