Jim Sheeler, Shirley Wormser Professor of Journalism and Media Writing, presented a public talk and discussion about journalism and the reporting behind his book, Final Salute, at The University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., Oct. 25. The talk was sponsored by the Department of American Studies and the Gallivan Program in Journalism, Ethics and Democracy.
In addition, Sheeler visited the journalism classes of former CWRU SAGES Fellow Josh Roiland, who is now a visiting assistant professor at Notre Dame.
