Law’s Jonathan Adler writes about the significance of a U.S. Court of Appeals judge’s retirement announcement

Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, wrote an opinion piece in The National Review in which he pointed out that the retirement announcement of Judge Thomas Griffith, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, likely means that President Trump will make another high-level judicial nomination.
