Are you interested in learning how to acquire the skills, attitudes and relationships needed to move into leadership roles and strengthen your career goals? Then participate in the Staff Networking Circle initiative (formally Staff Mentoring Circles), a cohort-based program focused on staff development and designed to bring together staff members who share a common interest in professional development.
Participants will remain together as a cohort for the entire program and rotate among an executive mentor that will facilitate discussions based on a particular area of expertise.
