Jill Korbin, senior advisor of the Schubert Center, publishes handbook of childhood maltreatment research

Jill Korbin, the Lucy Adams Leffingwell professor of anthropology and senior advisor of Case Western Reserve University’s Schubert Center for Child Studies, co-authored the latest edition of the Handbook of Child Maltreatment in March 2022. 

Korbin worked with Richard D. Krugman, distinguished professor of pediatrics at the University of Colorado, to publish the second edition of the Handbook. Korbin’s and Krugman’s book includes 37 chapters of knowledge about and directions for future research and policymaking regarding child maltreatment. The Handbook is Volume 14 in the Springer Book Series “Child Maltreatment: Contemporary Issues in Research and Policy.”
