Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform an upgrade to its password database software (Kerberos) on Saturday, June 16, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST. During this time, the ability to change or reset your CWRU Network ID password will be temporarily unavailable. You will still be able to log in to CWRU technology resources.
This upgrade will bring the system to its most recent version and apply critical updates.
