ITS resources available to students

Case Western Reserve University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) invites incoming students to learn about the free technology support available to them.

Students can get help from ITS in three ways:

  1. Visit help.case.edu for do-it-yourself articles and training resources. Students who are unable to find what they’re looking can “live chat” with a technician.
  2. Call 216.368.HELP (4357) at any time to speak to an ITS Service Desk technician. Technicians can help students with any of their devices, including smart phones and gaming systems.
  3. Visit one of two Customer Assistance, Resources and Education (CARE) Centers on campus. CARE Center hours and locations are available at help.case.edu; just click “Visit Us” on the left sidebar for details.

In the coming weeks, ITS will launch a new, mobile-friendly reference site for incoming members of the university community. Watch The Daily and ITS’ Facebook and Twitter accounts for details.

In the meantime, students can learn about technology services at Case Western Reserve University through the undergraduate student brochure, available at case.edu/its/NewToCWRU_student/.

A brochure is also available for graduate and professional students at case.edu/its/NewToCWRU_graduate/.
