Information Technology Services has entered into a new, expanded agreement with training partner lynda.com. In addition to continued 24/7 unlimited access to the lynda.com training library of more than 3,500 videos, CWRU faculty, staff and students now have individualized access to lynda.com through their CWRU account. Users can now see what videos they’ve watched, see what courses they’ve completed, bookmark favorite courses, earn Certificates of Completion, and customize their lynda.com experience.
Access to lynda.com will continue to be hosted at case.edu/its/lynda and will require that you log in using your CWRU Single Sign-On account. The new service will also prompt you to create a lynda.com profile, after which you can access the host of free, expanded services that include courses on Blackboard Learn, SPSS, all products in Adobe Creative Suite 5.5, all products within Microsoft Office, all Google Apps, tips and tricks for using iPads, and more than 1,000 other course titles.
