The ITS CARE Centers will observe winter break with the following operating hours:
- Thursday, Dec. 20: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday, Dec. 21, to Friday, Jan. 4: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays only
- Closed all university holidays
In addition, the ITS CARE Center in the Sears Building will be closed for renovations Dec. 26–28.
Normal operating hours will resume Monday, Jan. 7.
The 24/7 ITS Service Desk can still be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays) to assist with technical problems and questions at help@case.edu and 216.368.HELP (4357), or by using the Live Chat feature at help.case.edu.
