The Plain Dealer: In the short term, the recently passed Issue 3 won’t have a big effect, but School of Law professor Max Mehlman warned that it jeopardizes recent changes to state law and could affect future medical regulations, such as state-mandated immunizations. “My hope is that people would not challenge actions that would be clearly in the public benefit, but libertarians could certainly sue to stop new vaccination programs if they wished,” he said.
