Involved in LGBTQ studies? Participate in research group meeting Sept. 15

The LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) Research Group will hold its first meeting of the year Tuesday, Sept. 15, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room. Anyone interested in or conducting research in LGBTQ studies or diversity content areas related to LGBTQ studies is welcome to participate in the research group.

The Office of Faculty Development, in cooperation with the LGBT Center and the CWRU Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies (LGBTA) Committee, launched an LGBTQ research group in the spring of 2015. This interdisciplinary group of faculty, staff and administrators focuses on scholarly endeavors and research projects and/or initiatives related to LGBTQ studies.

The LGBTQ Research Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room.

RSVP by Thursday, Sept. 10, to FacDevRSVP@case.edu.
