Undergraduate international students should plan to arrive on campus Wednesday, Aug. 13 or Thursday, Aug. 14. Upon arrival, students will be able to check into their fall residence hall assignment.
International Student Orientation begins Thursday, Aug. 14 at 5 p.m.
The closest airport to Case Western Reserve University is the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The Office of First-Year Experience and Family Programs will provide a free shuttle service for international students traveling to the Case Western Reserve University campus from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Aug. 13 and 14. It will pick up students approximately every two hours.
In order to help determine optimum shuttle times, international students are advised to indicate day of arrival and their flight information on the International “Student Arrival” item on their New Student Checklist.
Also under the “Student Arrival” item, international students can sign up to take part in shopping trips to Target to pick up any supplies they aren’t bringing from home. The trips will take place on Aug. 14 and 15.
