Interim Provost Joy K. Ward, internationally recognized for work on how plants respond to rising atmospheric carbon dioxide and changing climate, presented at the Annals of Botany-sponsored symposium, Global Change and Plant Reproductive Failure on July 25.
Ward, who was one of seven presenters, gave a talk focused on the mechanisms that drive changes in flowering time in response to rising carbon dioxide.
The symposium was part of the five-day Botany 2023 conference.
