Register for interest session for L.E.A.D. Certificate Program for Supervisors

Campus supervisors looking for a way to enhance skills, meet new colleagues and discover additional ways to support their department are invited to attend an interest meeting for the Learn, Engage, Achieve and Develop (L.E.A.D.) Certificate Program for Supervisors.

Sponsored by the Department of Human Resources, the L.E.A.D. Program explores the relationship between team effectiveness and departmental success. It also provides university leaders with the opportunity to increase their leadership competency through classes, individual and team coaching, assigned readings, exercises, assessments and networking.

The program sessions are scheduled for October through May.

The meeting will be co-facilitated by Bonnie Richley, assistant vice president in the Department of Human Resources, and Lisa Board-McShepard, training analyst for organizational development and learning and employee relations specialist in the Department of Human Resources, on Thursday, July 9, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Adelbert Hall, Toepfer Room.

Those interested can register online. Participants are invited to bring a lunch to the informational session.

Please note: This is an application-based program that individuals must be accepted into.
