Interactive workshop: “Mitigating the COVID-19 Pandemic”

Case Western Reserve University’s chapter of the Sigma Iota Rho, the international studies honor society, and the International Studies Program will host an interactive workshop titled “Mitigating the COVID-19 Pandemic” Saturday, Oct. 17, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

Attend this virtual workshop to learn about how research on political institutions and COVID-19 helps communities in Cleveland and the world mitigate the pandemic.

Kelly McMann, professor of political science, and Daniel Tisch, associate professor of population and quantitative health sciences and director of the Master of Public Health program, will lead this interactive workshop. McMann and Tisch also work as consultants for international development organizations and the Cleveland Department of Public Health, respectively.
