Inter-religious Week will be held April 12-16 to celebrate the themes of solidarity and peace. It is geared toward bringing together different religions on campus, in the community and in the world.
Events will be held throughout the week, concluding with an inter-religious celebration and panel discussion Saturday, April 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom. Dinner will be served at the celebration.
The following events also will be held throughout the week:
- Free ice cream and movie: Tuesday, April 12, at 7 p.m. in the Village, House 2
- Open forum discussion on religion: Wednesday, April 13, at 7 p.m. in Sears Building, Room 450
- Rendezvous with lecturer Ramez Islambouli on Islam: Thursday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the InterFaith Center at the Church of the Covenant
- Interfaith Shabbat Service: Friday, April 15, at 6 p.m. at the Hillel Center
All are welcome to attend the events no matter how—or if—they worship.
