Innovation Week: “Innovation as Problem-Solving at Scale” and Innovators of the Year Awards

Join Case Western Reserve University Wednesday, Sept. 27, from noon to 2 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom for a free build-your-own taco lunch, networking, Innovators of the Year Awards, and a panel discussion of “Innovation as Problem Solving.” 

The panel discussion, which will be moderated by Weatherhead School of Management’s John Paul Stephens, will feature:

  • Freddy Collier, senior vice president of strategy and new initiatives at Greater Cleveland Partnership;
  • Ethan Karp, president and CEO of Magnet; and
  • Mary Wadel (GRS ’98), director of technology integration and partnerships at NASA.

Panelists will discuss how innovation occurs in our Northeast Ohio ecosystem among players with varying interests. 

Doors will open at noon; the program begins at 12:30 p.m., followed by networking. Members of the CWRU community, alumni and members of the public may attend. Free lunch will be provided.
