University Health and Counseling Services will be available to graduating students through Friday, May 19. Staff can assist you in coordinating follow-up care and identifying community resources to meet your future health-care needs.
Students who are enrolled in the Case Western Reserve University Student Medical Plan for spring semester are covered by their medical insurance through July 31. Medical students are covered through June 30.
Information from your health record at University Health and Counseling Services can only be released with your written permission. If you need your health records, allow up to a week for processing.
