Information Technology Services has released two major resources online: its 2011-12 annual report and the university’s three-year strategic plan for technology, which will lead the university into 2015.
This year marks the first that the ITS annual report is available online only, at case.edu/its/annualreport. Titled “Moving Forward,” the annual report summarizes the division’s major accomplishments over the past fiscal year.
The strategic plan, “Fast Forward,” establishes the technology direction for the next three years, from 2012 to 2015. Available online at case.edu/its/strategicplan/, the strategic plan was created by a cross-functional group of community members—actual users of IT services—rather than ITS. It is built around five core themes that represent areas in which technology investments are expected to be made.
