The Department of Pathology offers part-time Master of Science (MS) degree options for staff members at Case Western Reserve University. These programs offer a variety of basic science coursework that can be customized for research or medical careers. The MS degree can be completed in two years using tuition benefits through Human Resources.
The following options are available:
- MS Plan A degree (thesis option) is open to research assistants in the biomedical sciences; and
- MS Plan B degree (non-thesis option) is open to CWRU staff interested in the biomedical sciences.
Employees are invited to an information session about these programs Thursday, April 25, from noon to 12:30 p.m.
During this lunchtime Zoom event, Pamela Wearsch will provide an overview of the MS degree options, including coursework, concentration areas, (immunology, global health, cancer, neurodegeneration, pathology), final projects, and career outcomes. All CWRU staff seeking to advance their biomedical careers are encouraged to attend.
