Information session for LEAD, leadership program for supervisors, to be held Aug. 31

The Department of Human Resources offers LEAD (Learn, Empower, Achieve & Develop) Certificate Program for Supervisors, an intensive 10-month program for university leaders. This program provides university leaders with the opportunity to increase their leadership competency through classes, individual and team coaching, assigned readings, assessments and networking. Participants gain the skills necessary to effectively drive the performance of their teams and the success of their unit, department or division. You must currently be in a supervisory role to qualify for this program.

To learn more about the program, attend the LEAD Information Session on Aug. 31 from noon to 1 p.m. in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room. Participants can bring the lunch; dessert and refreshments will be provided. Register online.
