The L.E.A.D. Certificate Program for Supervisors (L.E.A.D.) provides university leaders an opportunity to increase their leadership competency through classes, individual and team coaching, assigned readings, exercises, assessments and networking.
Tony Lingham, associate professor of organizational behavior, and Shirley Mosley, Human Resources director of organizational development and learning, will facilitate an interest meeting for the 2014-2015 L.E.A.D. Certificate Program for Supervisors Wednesday, Aug. 13, from noon to 1:30 p.m., in the Toepfer Room in Adelbert Hall.
Acceptance into the program is based on an application process.
