Inamori Center presentation to cover online activism, hacker culture

MOLLY SAUTERThe Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence will host a talk by Molly Sauter, titled “Where is the Digital Street? Disruption, Activism and Free Speech Online.”

Sauter is a PhD student at McGill University studying disruptive activism and hacker culture. She has a masters’ degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Comparative Media Studies and is a research affiliate at the Center for Civic Media and the MIT Media Lab and the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University.

The event, which is free and open to all, will be held Friday, Nov. 8, at 12:30 p.m. in the Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence in the basement of Crawford Hall.
