Improv for Anxiety and Depression

Researchers at Case Western Reserve University are looking for teens ages 8-17 who struggle with anxiety in social situations, constant worries and/or depression to participate in a study.

This study will utilize improv, the theatrical art of performance and storytelling without a script. Participants will engage in 12 weeks of guided improv plus evidence-based techniques to reduce anxiety and depression. Each teen and their respective parent/guardian will also be asked to complete a survey and an interview at the beginning and end of the study. Each family will be paid for their time.

Summer groups are starting on June 29th! Choose from either 10-12pm or 2-4pm on Thursdays!
