IMPACT Solutions offers tips on financial resources during COVID-19 pandemic

Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance program provider, IMPACT Solutions, recognizes the effect of COVID-19 on people’s finances. Faculty and staff can visit the Human Resources website’s Employee Assistance and Work/Life Program page for a tip sheet on financial resources along with other potentially helpful information.

Also, faculty and staff are encouraged to continue to visit IMPACT Solutions’ COVID-19 Resource Center, as new content is added every week. To visit the Resource Center:

  1. Go to the IMPACT Solutions website.
  2. Click on the orange “Go to member login box.”
  3. Enter the Username. Those who don’t remember the username can call 1.800.227.6007.
  4. Click the “Sign in” box.
  5. Scroll down to the various tiles and select the blue tile, COVID-19 Resource Center.
