The university community is invited to hear General Stan McChrystal, former commander of U.S. and International Forces in Afghanistan, Monday, July 9, at 5:30 p.m. at the InterContinental Hotel, Bank of America Conference Center (9801 Carnegie Ave.).
McChrystal is author of best sellers Team of Teams and My Share of the Task and co-founder of the McChrystal Group. He is a four-star general and a former Green Beret.
McChrystal’s appearance is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Ideas for Tomorrow series, which “provides a forum for the world’s most distinguished thinkers, speakers and personalities to engage in a dialogue with members of our community.”
The Weatherhead School of Management is among the co-sponsors for the July 9 event.
